Michelle Chivunga N is the CEO of Global Policy House and a Senior Advisor to several governments, multilateral institutions, family office firms, and investment groups worldwide, leading digital transformation and blockchain adoption in Africa and Emerging Markets.

With a background in digital transformation, policy, and investments, Michelle is a passionate professional with extensive experience in government digital transformation and blockchain, shaping policy direction, managing financing projects, and designing strategies for the digital economy.

She has collaborated with various global entities such as the Government of Bermuda, African Union, United Nations, World Trade Organization, Commonwealth, B20/G20, ICC, World Economic Forum, and World Union of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Michelle is a specialist in international blockchain programs, policy advocacy, investment, social impact investment programs, global government engagement, communications, financial regulation, capacity building, and trade negotiations, with the goal of bridging the digital divide and influencing policy for inclusive and sustainable change.

Her core areas of expertise include digital transformation, blockchain, AI, cyber, CBDC, investments, stakeholder management, economic and monetary policy, SMEs, government technical support, and youth and women development programs.

Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, and Hospitality from the University of Surrey, and has studied the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

She has held various positions including CEO/Founder/Investor at Global Policy House, Government of Bermuda Global FinTech Advisory Board Advisor, Chair of International/Foreign Affairs Committee at The British Blockchain Association, and Senior Regional Advisor (Africa) at The British Blockchain Association.
