Michelle Casazza

Michelle Casazza is a highly accomplished business professional who has served in several leadership positions throughout her career. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Accounting, and International Business, all earned from Villanova University. Additionally, she has completed coursework in International Business at the prestigious Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi.'

Michelle began her career as an Accounting Intern with Jetro Restaurant Depot before transitioning to KPMG, where she held various positions, including Audit Manager in both Australia and New York. She then moved on to Casper, where she served in multiple roles, including Manager of Accounting and Special Projects and Director of Financial Operations. Currently, she is the VP of Strategic Programs and Development at Casper, where she focuses on driving the company's growth and success through strategic planning and development.

In addition to her corporate work, Michelle has also been involved with YGAP and served as the Polished Man Campaign Manager in the U.S. In this role, she worked to raise awareness of domestic violence and funding for organizations that support survivors. Michelle is a talented and driven professional who excels at strategic planning and execution, financial management, and organizational development.
