Michelle Brakke is a highly educated civil engineer with a wealth of experience in transportation planning, design, and management in the public and private sectors. Brakke pursued a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Transportation Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.

Brakke has had the privilege of serving in various organizations where she has acquired an edge in her career. Her career began in TranSystems, where she worked as a civil engineer. After that, she worked at Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) as a Design Manager, Civil Engineer, LEED AP. Brakke's work ethic has made her career successive, earning her a promotion as an Advisor at heartofour.

In her most recent experience, Brakke is working as a Program Analyst at Navy Region Southwest. Her duties include developing programs, formulating budgets, and analyzing data to determine priorities for the organization. Through her hard work and dedication to her job, Brakke has become a mentor to younger civil engineers and continues to improve her skills.
