Michelle Black

Michelle Black is a prominent leader in the Greater Boston Jewish community, currently serving on the Executive Board of The Rashi School. She has been significantly involved in various Jewish organizations and educational initiatives for over 20 years.

Michelle earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Her professional background includes work as a consultant specializing in change management, leadership development, corporate strategy, and organizational design.12

In addition to her role at The Rashi School, Michelle is also the Board Chair of Gann Academy and has served on the boards of Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) and other community organizations. Michelle resides in Waban, Massachusetts, with her husband Darren and their four children. Her family has a strong connection to The Rashi School, with all four of her children being alumni.34
