Michele Rogers is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in academic and organizational leadership roles.

Michele holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Harvard Business School, where she also studied for her Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Prior to her higher education pursuits, Michele attended Hathaway Brown School.

In her professional career, Michele has held various key positions at the Kellogg School of Management, including Director of Chicago Partnerships & Clinical Assistant Professor, Interim Assistant Dean overseeing Admissions & Financial Aid, Assistant Dean of Integrated Programs & Experiential Learning, Assistant Dean of Student Academic Affairs, and Assistant Dean of Admissions & Financial Aid.

Further showcasing her expertise in admissions and academic affairs, Michele has held roles such as Director of Graduate Admissions & Financial Aid at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism, Associate Director of Admissions for the MMM program at Kellogg, and Assistant Director of Admissions at Harvard Business School.

Michele's professional journey also includes roles outside of academia, such as Senior Associate Consultant at JHLowry & Associates, Development Officer at Harvard University, and a position in HR at Cummins Engine Co.
