Michele Potter

Michele Potter is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in public administration, management, physical education, and fitness.

She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration/Management from Troy State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education/Lifetime Fitness from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.

Michele has served in various leadership roles throughout her career, including as the Executive Director at Asbury Communities, Inc.

Prior to her current position, she worked as the Legislative Affairs Manager and Director of Parks, Recreation, and Culture at the City of Gaithersburg.

Michele also has a wealth of experience in the fitness industry, having transitioned from Fitness Director to Executive Director at YMCA's.

Her expertise spans across administration, legislative affairs, parks and recreation management, and fitness leadership.
