She is a recipient of 14 National Apartment Association (NAA) Paragon Awards for her outstanding work on various events and marketing materials.

Proficient in a range of software including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, and Microsoft Office, Michele also has introductory knowledge of Dreamweaver and Constant Contact.

Michele Klusman holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with a focus on Advertising from Ohio University.

Currently, she serves as the Director of Communications and Programs at the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association, building upon her previous role as an Account Assistant at Northlich.
