Currently serving as the Policy Director at Seattle Parks and Recreation, she has been recognized for her leadership and commitment to customer service. With a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Policy from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Indiana University Bloomington, Michele is well-versed in the policies and procedures that drive successful public service organizations.

Prior to her current position, Michele has served as the Finance Director and Human Resources Director at Seattle Parks and Recreation.
