Michele Albanese, a Sales Operations Manager at Drift, holds a degree in Public Relations and Film Media from the University of Rhode Island. Her professional career kicked off as a Brand Ambassador for BODYARMOR SuperDrink before she moved on to become a Sales Development Representative for Upserve. During her time at Upserve, she was promoted several times and worked as an Onboarding Specialist, Senior Onboarding Specialist, and Manager of the Onboarding Team.

Michele later joined Drift and worked her way up to her current position, managing the company's Partner Programs as well as its Partner Ecosystem. Before this, she was a Partner Success Manager, Channel Partner Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager at Drift. In each role, Michele demonstrated exceptional leadership and customer service skills, earning the trust and respect of her colleagues and clients.
