Michel Verspui

Michel Verspui is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of multiple successful ventures in business management, social networking, talent development, and circular economy. With over 25 years of experience as a management consultant and executive member, Michel has a solid track record of creating innovative solutions and inspiring change within organizations. He co-founded Ormit, a management consulting firm, and managed a transformative growth until 2001. After that, he became a member of Ordina's Executive Committee, where he was responsible for the markets of energy, telecoms, and media. From 2005 to 2010, he built a broad entrepreneurial group of service and solutions organizations, Conclusion, which employed over 1500 people. Since 2011, Michel has focused on creating and developing inspiring innovations, working with energizing people, and developing network and talent concepts. He is the founder of The Growth Collective, Route Circulair, governance by meaning, and WeShareTalent, and served as CEO of YSE. Michel studied Business Economics and Information Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam and attended Gymnasium Camphusianum.
