Michel Houben

Michel Houben is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in leadership, management, information science, and computer science.

He holds a Masters in Leadership and Management from Vlerick Business School, a Masters in Information Science and Architecture from Radboud University, and a Bachelors in Computer Science from Fontys Hogeschool Pedagogiek.

Michel has held key roles in various prestigious organizations, including being the Head of IT for Daily Banking at ING España & Portugal.

He has also served as the IT Lead for Core Transformation at ING España & Portugal, IT Area Lead for Payments and Savings at ING, and DevOps Manager for Domestic Banking at ING.

Prior to his tenure at ING, Michel Houben worked at Rabobank in roles such as Manager Payments and Savings, Manager Swift and CLS, and Product Manager.

He also has a consulting background, having worked as a Consultant, Work's Council Member, and Analyst at Accenture.
