Michel Dufresne is a strategic thinker with exceptional performance-driven results, specializing in developing ontology-based business applications on big data platforms. He has a background in building Reactive Systems across various industries.

With extensive executive experience, Michel has managed Business-Process Applications in therapeutic resource centers, patient advocacy centers, mail-order pharmacies, client advocacy centers, and finance operations, serving a user base of 10,000 individuals.

Throughout his career, Michel established the CTO Office at Fortune 50 Medco Health Solutions and held various leadership roles in the organization, including VP Business Process Transformation, VP Enterprise Business Intelligence, and CTO.

Michel Dufresne holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, where he graduated with honors, as well as an M.Sc. in Nuclear Physics and a B.Sc. in Physics from the Université de Montréal.
