Michal Sheer

Michal Sheer is the Founder & CEO of Insight HR, a recruitment firm specializing in the field of medical devices in Israel. With a strong background in Human Resources, Michal has provided recruitment cycle management and outsourced HR services to a range of companies in the medical device sector. She also delivers guest lectures on HR in Biomedical Programs.

Michal holds a Master of Arts degree from Bar-Ilan University, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Ha'Universita Ha'Petuha and Communication from The College Of Management Academic Studies.

Prior to establishing Insight HR, Michal served as a Human Resources Manager at Fundtech and Initia Medical Technologies. She also has experience working with the U.S. Embassy.
