Roles served: sourcing and setting-up of Business Angel Seedfund’s investment into Swedish team , unsuccessful pilot, buying-out the founding team, getting a Polish billing agent licence, building the operating team, overseeing product development, introducing pioneering   (in 2008) p2p payments via mobile application (Java, Symbian, later iOS and Android), overseeing the buy-out by Opera TFI, setting partnerships enabling new services introduced in 2010-2012 (transport tickets, cinema tickets, parking fee collection, cardless cash withdrawals, e-commerce payments), external financing (One-2-One and EU grants) buy-out and merge with MobiParking. Left the company holding a dominant position in the remote mobile payment market in Poland, a great team and growth prospects. SkyCash Poland became Polish Winner of Deloitte Technology Fast 500TM EMEA for 2011-2014 growth.
