Seeking exposure to a global corporation, he joined Adobe to spearhead its expansion in emerging markets.

Throughout his tenure at Adobe, Michal witnessed the evolution of the company from a desktop software firm to a cloud solutions behemoth, experiencing exponential growth in revenue and workforce size. His educational background includes management studies at Mercuri International Business School, marketing and management courses at Open University Business School, and studies at Czech Technical University in Prague and Grammar School Kladská.
