Michal Merta is an accomplished Security Professional with over two decades of experience in the industry.

Currently serving as the head of the Cyber Fusion Center in Prague, leading a dedicated team of 150+ cybersecurity enthusiasts.

The Cyber Fusion Center under Michal's leadership offers a wide range of security services globally, catering to various industries and client needs.

His team specializes in Threat Operations, Security Testing, IAM/PAM, Application Security, DevSecOps, Security Consulting, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, and CASB.

Michal Merta's educational background includes a Master's degree in Informatics from Masarykova univerzita Fakulta informatiky.

Having held multiple key positions at Accenture, Michal has proven his expertise as a Cyber Security Senior Manager, Security Delivery Lead, Security Manager, Security Assessment, and Compliance Lead, as well as a Network Security Engineer.

Previously, Michal also worked as a Security Consultant at SkyNet, a.s., and as a System Administrator at Masaryk University.
