He has played pivotal roles at renowned studios like Rovio, Supercell, Zynga, and FunPlus, contributing to some of the biggest mobile game franchises of the past decade.

In 2022, Michail's leadership as the CEO of Savage Game Studios culminated in the acquisition of the company by PlayStation. Alongside his corporate endeavors, he founded Deconstructor of Fun, an independent media company that produces engaging content such as podcasts, blogs, and analytical reports for industry professionals worldwide.
