Michael Yang

Michael Y. Yang is a partner in Orrick's Compensation and Benefits Group, based in the firm's Santa Monica office.1 He specializes in representing U.S. and international public and private high technology companies, as well as executives, management teams, and founders on compensation and employee benefits issues.1
