Michael Walsh

Michael Walsh is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in national security, international affairs, compliance, and procurement.

He holds a Master's degree in Resourcing National Security from the National Defense University and a Master's degree in International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Japanese from the University of Pittsburgh.

Throughout his career, Michael has held various key positions in renowned organizations. He serves as the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (CECO) at DAI, a prestigious role that underscores his expertise in ethical and compliance matters. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director at the Center for Development Excellence and the Director of Programs at InsideNGO.

Michael's extensive experience in procurement and acquisition is evident from his past roles as the Chief Acquisition Officer and Senior Procurement Executive at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). He has also served as the Director of the Regional Contracting Office at USAID in East Africa, Kenya, further showcasing his commitment to international development initiatives.
