With a background spanning various healthcare sectors, Gardner brings a wealth of experience to his role, having held strategic positions in well-known organizations such as Lumeris, Ascension Care Management, and MissionPoint Health Partners.

Gardner's expertise lies in negotiating, value-based care contracting, conflict resolution, team building, and financial management, honed through his academic pursuits and professional endeavors.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Gardner holds a Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediator designation in TN, is a court-approved mediator in KY, and volunteers his mediation skills at the Nashville Conflict Resolution Center, demonstrating his commitment to community service.
