Michael Venn

Michael Venn is an experienced entrepreneur who has been involved in starting businesses from a young age. He is passionate about technology and design, with his career spanning over several years. Michael's entrepreneurial career began at the age of 12 when he started his poultry business selling free-range eggs to local supermarkets, which grew into a success over time. He later founded Duplia, which he managed to raise more than £2.5m in funding. Duplia focuses on network and data storage solutions in both the B2C and B2B space. Michael is also a creative, having founded several application services such as Tagstr, Frames & Crugo, which has earned him media features such as Forbes, The Huffington Post and Startups.

His entrepreneurial journey led him to become a specialist in the video production industry, creating reliable UK-based data storage solutions. Duplia now handles large data storage, workflows, off-site data backups, physical recovery options, 10Gbe networking, on-premise data storage and Cloud. Michael studied International Baccalaureate, Graphic Design and Videography at the American International School of Lusaka.
