He has played pivotal roles in leading the development of Ecommerce platforms at various renowned organizations including Hybris, Spryker, and Elasticpath. His expertise lies in helping customers enhance their teams' skills in Digital Commerce and crafting innovative roadmaps to drive growth.

He is the mastermind behind the Digital Commerce Canvas framework and has authored multiple training courses focusing on Digital Commerce. Michael's specialties encompass Digital Commerce Platforms and Implementation for B2C, B2B, and Digital Marketplaces, Strategic Roadmap development, Product Management, UX, Software Architecture, SaaS, and Agile processes.
