Michael Varley

Michael Varley is an individual with a strong professional background in various industries including recruiting, sales, consulting, and entrepreneurship.

Currently, Michael is the CEO & Co-Founder of ACELR8, a company focused on reshaping the Customer Experience in the Recruiting Industry.

Prior to his current role, he served as a Talent Partner at Contentful, an Associate Consultant at Iperium Consulting Ltd, and held positions at SELFridges and as the Founder + Editor of STYLEHUMPER.

Michael's educational background includes a 2.1 degree in Sports Science BSc from the University of Worcester and studies at Hall Green Secondary School.

His work at ACELR8 involves collaborating with some of the world's fastest-growing startups to help them recruit world-class talent and scale their businesses, with a current focus on opportunities in the Berlin office.
