Michael Valdez

Michael Valdez is a seasoned training and organizational development specialist with experience spanning across the public and private sectors, notably as a former Fortune 100 consultant and a Fortune 300 Healthcare change specialist.

He has a strong background in coaching, organizational development, change management, and organizational design, having collaborated with senior leaders in various business units like technology, finance, protection, HR, and sales.

Michael holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Bellevue University, a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University.

Throughout his career, he has been involved with organizations such as Omaha Integrative Care as a Counseling Intern, Stephen Center, Inc's HERO Program, Johnson & Wales University as an Adjunct Professor, Jefferson County, Colorado as an OD & Training Specialist, DaVita as a Change Management Specialist, and Allstate as an Organizational Effectiveness Professional, amongst others.
