Before his current roles, Michael worked in recruitment at Bombfell and as a Relationship Manager specializing in technical recruitment at Talener.

Additionally, Michael has diverse internship experiences, including roles at Wilhelmina Models, CNN, Hearst Magazines, and Conde Nast, where he honed his skills in various aspects of media, entertainment, and fashion.
