Michael Thompson is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the Retail and Consumer Product industries. His expertise lies in leading operational teams, program management, business process design, and supply chain strategy execution. Michael's specialties include Supply Chain and Logistics, Program Management, Process Design and Improvement, 3PL Relationship Management, Customer Service, System Implementation, and Project Management within the Retail and Consumer Goods sectors.

Michael Thompson holds a strong educational background with an MBA/MEM from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.

Currently, Michael serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain and Business Integration at Sun Basket and has previously contributed as an Advisory Board Member at the Next Gen Customer Delivery Conference.
