Michael Thompson is the founder and Managing Director of the Turas Search Group, a renowned global recruitment firm established in 2010. He has extensive knowledge of the HR industry, specializing in contingent recruiting, RPO, payroll services, visa services, and candidate sourcing for various sectors, including food and beverage, hotels, finance, technology, aerospace, education, and blue-collar industries. Michael is known for his unique talent in building recruitment practices from scratch, recruiting and managing a successful business, and finding candidates in competitive markets and strategic positions. He holds a BA in International Studies from American University and has studied Turkish Foreign Relations at Boğaziçi University. Michael is a global recruitment leader with a deep understanding of full life-cycle recruiting in diverse markets across four continents.
