Effectively manage the Canadian P&L, consumer experience, forecast accuracy, funnel growth, order and revenue attainment and implement effective weekly cadence around all sales processes.

•	Led team of Sales Professionals to a position within the top 10th percentile world-wide.
•      Coached and mentored Sales team to attain big wins, new market growth, and  
        overachievement of quota.
•	Enjoyed very low (<10%) turnover in the team.
