Michael Susanto is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in Life Science, Healthcare, Technology, and Education. His expertise lies in Strategy, Business Development, and Collective Collaboration. Currently, serving as the Head of Strategic Planning and Partnerships at Tanoto Foundation, Michael ensures organizational agility and coherence, strategic planning, philanthropy effectiveness, and strategic partnerships for positioning the foundation as an education thought leader in Indonesia. At Karpos Technologies, he engages with global companies to introduce key technologies in life science, personalized healthcare, and digital health to Indonesia. Previously, he played vital roles in Revenue Management and Finance Investment at a renowned hospitality group, business development at Tawada Scientific, Tawada Healthcare, and Tawada Graha, and various projects across industries like oil and gas, aerospace, and automotive, focusing on risk management and total quality projects. A post-doctoral candidate in Business Science and Change Leadership, Michael is committed to promoting economy through waste management, social projects, and coaching in Human Capital and Cultural Transformation. He also serves as a Faculty Member at Bina Nusantara University. Apart from his professional endeavors, Michael is a sport enthusiast, aiming to achieve significant milestones in cycling and running, with a long-term goal of conquering the Dolomites by pedal.
