Michael Sudyk

Michael Sudyk is the CEO of EC Group International, a position he has held since January 2018. He joined the company in 2012 as the Vice President of US Operations, where he focused on building software development teams and fostering client relationships. Sudyk is also the founder of Waypoint, a SaaS product aimed at enhancing team engagement, and 2 Cent Dad, a community initiative for fathers.12

Sudyk has a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a degree in Mathematics/Physics from Bethel College. His professional experience spans over a decade in technology and construction, including roles as an Application Engineer and R&D Engineer at Crane Composites.123

In addition to his professional endeavors, Sudyk is known for his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to using his skills to make a positive impact. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family.2
