Michael Smith is a licensed architect with almost three decades of experience in designing and helping homeowners build their dream homes. He has worked on numerous remodeling projects, and his clients praise him for his creativity, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle the challenges that come with updating older homes. Michael is also a bestselling author, social media expert, public speaker, and business consultant. He is passionate about eliminating construction horror stories, simplifying the home remodeling process, and sharing the joy and adventure of building a dream home. Michael studied Architecture at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and is the founder of Michael Smith, Architect. Previously, he owned Central Valley Social Media Consulting, OneAverageJoe, and was president of JM2 Investment Properties, Inc. He was also a project manager at Fitschen & Associates, an educator at Dream It * Design It * Build It, and the creator of Architect's Digital Workshop.
