Meet Michael Signorella, an accomplished IT recruiter with many years of experience in managing the full life cycle recruitment process. He has worked as Group Director for Recruiting & Professional Services at Delta Corporate Services and as Project Manager at Western Union, among other prestigious companies.

Michael is a graduate of Jersey City Technical Institute where he studied Computer Programming and Information Technology. He also attended Roselle Park High School and Kean University, where he continued to hone his skills and knowledge.

As a recruiter, Michael is responsible for managing the staffing process and allocating workload among his team. He works closely with hiring managers and handles candidate sourcing, qualification, and selection. Michael develops and implements recruiting strategies and ensures timely hires while maintaining compliance with policy and procedure.
