Michael Schnellbuegel, also known as Michael Schnellbuegel [LION], has a diverse background with 30 years of experience in project/process management and sales in high tech industries. His industrial career led him to live and work in France for several years, where he gained valuable insights into business process management within space and aerospace projects, such as Ariane 1 through 5 and the Space Shuttle. In 2000, Michael ventured into consulting, focusing on process analysis, enterprise architecture, and optimization for various industries and public administration worldwide. This experience eventually gave rise to PROMIS Software & Services GmbH, which later merged with a tool vendor to form PROMIS Solutions AG, now known as inspired! Since 2010, Michael has been active as a consultant and TOGAF trainer, providing certified training courses worldwide.
