Schmidt is currently the President and CEO of Green Lending Wholesale, a wholesale division that connects brokers to the lender for commercial, residential, and business financing. He is also the former President & CEO at Green Lending. Schmidt has managed to take Green CUSO's lending arm to new heights, offering all kinds of loans in 50 states, credit repair, debt settlement, factoring deals, and equipment leasing. In addition, his background in audit and finance at DM & Associates, a Green Media Company, has allowed him to scale and transform businesses strategically.

Furthermore, Schmidt is passionate about community development and non-profit organizations. He is the former Executive Director of AHOPE Foundation, where he designed and implemented financial education programs to help individuals get out of debt.
