PlanGrid is building intuitive mobile software for the construction industry. My focus is on leveraging the data being captured through PlanGrid to better empower the field and the corporate office of construction companies through data analytics, machine learning, and data visualizations. I also lead PlanGrid's growth team focused on both onboarding of new users and retention and engagement of existing users.

* Created the first vision for PlanGrid's data products and launched Project Hub for field teams to track project progress and take actions based on personalized insights
* Launched Corporate Analytics for construction executives to leverage data to make better decisions for their field teams
* Ran growth experiments to increase the retention and engagement of existing PG users and implemented a framework for the rest of the PG product teams to leverage

PlanGrid

Develop and deliver new products from ideation to launch. Lead a cross-functional team composed of engineering, UX design, client success and marketing to drive the product vision and roadmap for Opower's Energy Management web products (Nextweb).

• Managed the development and launch of Opower's Consumer Data Browser and Home Energy Analysis widgets for its largest domestic and international enterprise clients with associated revenue of +$100M.
• Established and rolled out better localization practices for our web products to improve international client launches and product quality
• Conduct user interviews, write product requirement docs, work with design to create wireframes and prioritize feature development with engineering and client success

Opower

PM for Opower's enterprise tools
• Delivered several product offerings including: web based configurability, testing and visualization of Opower's outbound products, web tools to segment and target populations with marketing messages, and new campaigns based on sequential experiences such as a New Mover's program
• Lead the development of Opower's segmentation and targeting platform that allows for the exploration of over a 100 calculated attributes for more than 150 million utility customers
• Initiated the transition to a cloud based digital asset manager to reduce operational costs for both users and developers

Flickr Android
• Implemented major UI changes to the Photofeed and Information pages for a more versatile user experience.
• Introduced a new Live Wallpaper of Flickr Images to the app to increase user engagement.
• Worked on the Auto-Sync tool to automatically sync/upload all photos on device to users’ Flickr account.

• Implemented a predictive recommendation engine for clients of FactSet’s Investment Research Application.
• Utilized the WEKA data mining toolkit to create predictive models for clients with an accuracy rate of 86%.
