Michael S. Popok

Michael S. Popok is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney with over 30 years of experience in the legal industry. He has successfully tried 40 cases and built, trained, and led a team that has successfully tried 21 cases over a four-year period. Michael has deep expertise in financial services, commercial contracts, employment law, entertainment, business dispute/tort litigation, construction and real estate, sports betting/gaming, and in-house counsel experience.

Michael studied Law at Duke University School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies in Politics and Philosophy at New York University. He has held various high-level positions throughout his career, including Managing Director, Deputy General Counsel, and Head of Litigation/Employment at Cantor Fitzgerald. Michael was also a Name Partner at Weiss Serota Helfman Cole Bierman & Popok, PL and a Senior Partner at Ruden McClosky.
