Chen is an accomplished UX researcher and strategic thinker with over 8 years of experience in qualitative research methods, focusing on creating impact for individuals and businesses by understanding user needs and experiences to develop superior products. Dr. Chen has a strong passion for accessibility and is dedicated to learning about user experiences to enhance product development.
Throughout his career, Dr. Chen has demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills by leading research teams across various domains such as digital products, conference management, archaeological excavations, and museum exhibitions.
