Michael Poznanski

Michael Poznanski is a dedicated lawyer and trademark agent with a focus on assisting small and medium businesses, particularly craft breweries and distilleries, in resolving complex legal matters through personalized advice and innovative solutions.

He obtained his law degree from the University of Alberta in 2008 and began his legal career by articling with Davidson Lawyers LLP in Vernon, British Columbia. After working as an associate and trademark agent at Davidson Lawyers, he moved to BTM Lawyers LLP in Port Moody, British Columbia, where he eventually became a partner in 2017.

Michael's expertise spans across business law, corporate and commercial transactions, real estate, estate planning, and leasing. As a registered trademark agent in Canada with rights in the US, he assists clients in trademark registration, prosecution, and protection globally.

Apart from his legal career, Michael enjoys travel, photography, board games, and camping. He actively engages with the community through involvement in Rotary International, local Chamber of Commerce, and various non-profit organizations.
