Pilnick has extensive experience in various high-growth and established environments, including Fortune 500 companies and private equity-owned businesses. Before joining First Advantage, he served as CHRO at Wolters Kluwer, where he managed HR for profit centers in North America and Asia Pacific. His career also includes leadership roles at Columbia House and Accenture, where he focused on organizational design and change management.12
