With a background in Business Administration and Management, Michael has gained valuable insights into the NFL's business and support processes, allowing him to take an analytical approach to discovering professional players within the collegiate network.

Having served in roles such as Area Scout and former Player Personnel Assistant at the Los Angeles Rams, as well as various scouting positions at Reese's Senior Bowl, Michael has honed his skills in talent identification and player development.

Prior to his sports career, Michael also served as a Pre-Algebra Teacher and Assistant Football Coach, showcasing his diverse skills and commitment to both education and athletics.

Driven by a desire to have a positive impact on those around him, Michael looks forward to furthering his personal development journey, football mentoring, and expanding his professional network.
