Michael Pezzicola

Michael Pezzicola, an accomplished leader with expertise in operations, logistics, travel, and UX, has a proven track record of driving performance and improving customer experiences. Holding P&L responsibilities, he has extensive experience in distribution, e-commerce, and change management. Pezzicola is well-versed in negotiating and vendor management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. He is a people-oriented leader, skilled in developing personnel, and creating visions for his team to achieve.

Pezzicola is a Systems Engineering graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, holding an MBA in Marketing, Strategy, and Change Management from NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from UPenn’s Wharton School.

Pezzicola's work experiences include the Vice President of Customer Experience at Wineshipping, Chief Supply Chain Officer at SimpleTire, and Head of Commercial at JetBlue Travel Products, among others. He also worked as an Operations Research Analyst at ZS Associates. At Google, he held several management positions, including Head of Assortment Operations and Expansion, Head of Operations - Overnight Business, and Head of Operations - Manhattan, among others.
