Michael Pegues is a seasoned legal professional with over thirty years of experience in conflict resolution and specialized expertise in managing intricate business disputes related to intellectual property, technology litigation, and transactions.

He holds a JD in Law from Tulane University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from SMU Lyle School of Engineering, bringing a unique blend of legal and technical knowledge to his practice.

Currently serving as an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law and Texas A&M University School of Law, he extends his passion for law by teaching Intellectual Property Law and Race & IP.

Michael's practice areas include patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, and copyright litigation, as well as licensing, technology transfer, assignment, and other business-related agreements, showcasing his versatility in legal matters.
