Michael Parke

Michael Parke, an accomplished professor at The Wharton School, has an impressive background in academia and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), Management & Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan and a PhD in Management & Organization from the University of Maryland. Prior to joining The Wharton School, he worked as an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the London Business School, conducted research at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, and coached at Michigan Rush.

Parke's passion for entrepreneurship and innovation has led him to various leadership roles. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Project Freestyle and Executive Director at Think Soccer. Moreover, he's held strategy and innovation roles at the National Network of Depression Centers, and the University of Michigan Athletics Department.

Parke is also known for his extensive research in the field of organizational behavior, with a particular focus on how technology and digital platforms can enhance collaboration and creativity. His research has been published in numerous top-tier academic journals.
