Vista Investment Group is a privately held real estate investment firm, engaged in the acquisition and active management of property across the West Coast.  The Los Angeles-based company was founded in 2008 to focus on value-add and opportunistic strategies in the multifamily, mixed-use and office sectors. 

In my current role, I am responsible for the sourcing, acquisition, and asset management of all commercial properties.  I am also deeply engaged with our stable of equity relationships and limited partners, as well as creating new relationships within the capital markets.

The company designs and engineers flexible and scalable data center solutions to address the core infrastructure and edge requirements of its customers. H5 Data Centers operates 22 data centers in 20 markets.

I assisted in several capital markets transactions for the company, including acquisition, due diligence, closing, and refinancing of existing data centers.

Dylan Investments is a closely-held private company that focuses on real estate and healthcare investment, development, and management.

I was responsible for asset management of the company's existing portfolio, as well as sourcing and acquiring new investments.  I also managed dispositions and financing.

Wilshire Capital is private real estate investment and management platform that invests in the capital structures of distressed or opportunistic real assets.

I helped launch the company with my former colleagues from Broadway Partners, and formed partnerships with private equity firms to successfully acquire several mezzanine and B-Piece loans from servicers and investors.  I also helped create all the business development materials for the company, including investment memoranda and pitch books with case studies and economic support.

Broadway is a global real estate investment, development, and property management firm with over $15 billion of assets acquired over a ten year span.

I executed over $2 billion of value-added real estate office acquisitions and assumed a major role in the asset management of Broadway’s West Coast portfolio.  I went on to co-found Broadway's European investment platform in Paris, where we explored both traditional and emerging market acquisitions.

I was responsible for the asset management of a $700 million portfolio of real estate opportunity investments,including: hotels, office buildings, ground-up condominium developments, condominium conversions (retrofit), senior living investments, and land parcels.  I ran valuation models, managed joint venture partners and third party consultants, and wrote investment summaries for more than 15 investments.
