Managing the daily working life and being the key point of contact for an in-demand Director in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.  Duties include:
•	Extensive diary management, including arranging internal and external venues, telephone/video conferencing and catering as required
•	All aspects of travel arrangements, both national and international for a frequent traveller
•	Administrative support, including managing expenses and authorisations, purchase requisitions, typing and sending correspondence on his behalf and addressing technical/repair issues
•	Managing department administration, including monthly meetings, offsites, distribution lists, organisational charts and staff awards
