Michael Mohajery

Michael Mohajery is a seasoned metals and non-ferrous industry professional with over 40 years of experience. He has worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions projects, totaling over $21 billion in value. During his career, Mohajery has completed projects in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, and Africa. He is an M&A process expert and has extensive experience in the Energy, Manufacturing, and Metals industry. Mohajery has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University and has taught M&A courses at various universities. He is currently the Principal of M3 M&A Consultants LLC and specializes in cross-cultural deals. In addition, he previously held leadership positions at Alcoa, including General Manager of the Technology Marketing Division and General Director of Alcoa Russia Inc.
