Michael McFadden

Michael McFadden is a skilled growth leader with a background in customer experience, brand strategy, new product innovation, technology, and start-ups. He is driven by creating and building, using his expertise to help organizations reach their ambitions. McFadden currently serves as President of eAccountable, a role he took on after his time as the EVP of Digital Transformation at Ogilvy.

Prior to these roles, McFadden was the Experience Design Leader at Ogilvy and the EVP of Digital Transformation and Partnerships at Effective Inc. He also founded The Society of Leisure Enthusiasts and served as the New Product Innovation Manager at Windsor Foods.

McFadden's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder - Leeds School of Business.

Outside of work, McFadden enjoys spending time with his family and three children.
