Michael McCurdy

Michael McCurdy, MD, is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in internal medicine, emergency medicine, and critical care medicine. Dr. McCurdy earned his Bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame before going on to complete his medical studies at UT Health San Antonio. He then successfully completed his Internal Medicine Residency Program, Emergency Medicine Residency Program, and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
Dr. McCurdy has held several leadership positions throughout his career and currently serves as the Chief of the Department of Medicine and Chief of the Division of Critical Care Medicine at the University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Center. He has also served as a Clinical Associate Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. McCurdy has also provided clinical advisory services to BOA Biomedical, Nereus Medical Solutions, and ICmed LLC. He has been a member of several boards of advisors, including the St. Luke Foundation for Haiti.
Dr. McCurdy's expertise and experience in critical care medicine make him a valuable and knowledgeable resource in the medical field. He is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to his patients and is continuously seeking ways to improve medical practices in critical care medicine.
