Mike McAdam

Michael McAdam is an accomplished corporate attorney with a strong background in technology and law.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Rutgers University and a J.D. from UCLA School of Law.

Michael has held notable positions in various organizations, including serving as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer at Lithium Technologies, which was later acquired by Vista Equity Partners.

Prior to his role at Lithium Technologies, he was the General Counsel at DemandTec, which was acquired by IBM in 2012. He also worked as an Associate General Counsel at Ariba, Director of Corporate Development at Infoseek, and Corporate Attorney at Fenwick & West.

Currently, Michael McAdam works as a Corporate Attorney in the Technology Group at Goodwin, where his expertise and experience contribute to the success of the firm.
