Michael Marvel is a seasoned business and technology leader who has achieved a successful career of 20+ years by driving organizational growth and enhancing shareholder value through strategic transformation. He has led complex projects for top-tier consulting firms, private and public organizations, and contributed to their success by generating over $1.5B in revenue and saving $500M+ through innovative thinking and proactive management.

Marvel's experience ranges from progressive operations management roles with The Home Depot as Senior Manager, Operations and Analytics to serving as Global Delivery Director at TEKsystems. He held P&L responsibility for a $30M+ division with 200+ personnel and was responsible for overseeing strategic hiring plans and contract execution. During his tenure, he grew the southeast region from an $8M to $32M business and increased engagements by 262%.

Prior to that, he served as the Director, BI and Analytics at MorganFranklin Consulting and Regional Head at Mu Sigma Inc. where he was responsible for driving positive change through rigorous data analytics and strategic insights. His extensive experience also includes working with Big 4 Consulting firms such as Arthur Anderson and KPMG.

Marvel is an MBA graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New Mexico State University. He has served in leadership positions such as Cloud Data Practice Director at Empirical Path and Director at FTI Consulting.
